Sources for KINI exercise.

Setup

Prerequisites

• Python

Virtual Environment

Create a Python virtual environment (in the current directory):

python -m venv .

Enter the virtual environment:

. bin/activate

Note: When using fish or PowerShell, source the corresponding file (bin/activate.fish or bin/activate.ps1) instead.

Now, the tools in the virtual environment can be used like global ones.

When finished, exit via:

deactivate

Dependencies

Dependencies can be installed via:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Linting

The Python code is formatted using Black, run via nbQA. To check without overwriting and show a diff, run:

nbqa --nbqa-diff black <notebook>.ipynb

To actually apply changes, run:

nbqa black <notebook>.ipynb
